Shipping & returns



Shipments of orders are made on business days only from Monday to Thursday. We ship all orders within a period of up to three business days. If the delay should continue, we will contact you to notify you. The preparation time includes the time required to validate the order, and the time required to prepare the package. Shipping time is the approximate time between when the package leaves our warehouse and when it reaches its destination. Please note that deliveries take place on working days during regular business hours.

Pick up in store ; We will contact you when your order is ready. Identification will be requested on site. Only the person who placed the order will be allowed to pick it up. 

Delivery: We offer the option of Standard Parcel, Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost.


Shipping costs

We now offer free shipping in Canada only with purchase of $100 and more on standard merchandise.

Certain conditions apply for non-standard items ex: Complete Skateboard, Wakesurfs, Surfs, etc.

You may return your unused product within 10 days of the date of receipt of your order using a secure packaging. The customer is fully responsible for the transport costs for the return, except in cases where there was an error during the shipment. Only unused products will be accepted for returns.

It is possible to return the incorrectly sized product not used for replacement with the same product of good size. Each refund request will have to be evaluated by our customer service.

To return a product, you must apply for RA # from our customer service department at [email protected]. No returns will be accepted without RA #. The return number given to you is valid for a period of 10 working days, after this date, no exchange or refund will be made.

Note that there is a delay of 48 hours for the online refund.

No returns, exchanges or refunds on discounted products. Products on sale are considered final sales and can not be returned or exchanged.


Terms and conditions

All merchandise eligible for return must be in its original packaging, must not have been worn, must not have been washed and price tags must still be attached.

A gift card can not be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is returned because it is defective, or Universe Boardshop is at fault. In this case, the goods must be returned only by post.
