Shipping & returns
Shipments of orders are placed only on working days from Monday to Friday. We ship all orders in a time of up to three working days. If the delay were to continue, we will contact you to notify you. Preparation time includes the time required to validate the order, and the time required to prepare the package. The shipping time is the approximate time between when the parcel leaves our warehouse to the time it reaches its destination. Please note that deliveries are made on working days during normal business hours.
You can return the unused product within 10 days of receipt of your order using a secure package. The customer is fully responsible for shipping charges to return, except in cases where there was an error when sending. Only unused product will be accepted for returns. You can return the wrong size unused product for a replacement product with the good size. Each claim will be evaluated by our customer service.
To return a product, you must apply for a RA # from our customer service at email@example.com. No returns will be accepted without an RA #. The return number given to you is valid for a period of 10 working days after that date, no exchange or refund will be made. No return, exchange or refund the discount products balance products are considered final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Note that there is a delay of 48 hours for the online refund.
